We do not have a culture deck. What we have is a habit of treating each other like adults, telling clients the truth, and caring about the details that users never see but always feel.
People here come from different backgrounds and bring different opinions, and we want it that way. The work is better when the loudest voice in the room is not the only one heard.

Engineers here ship features end to end, not slices of a ticket. You will touch the data layer, the model, and the UI, and your name is on the result.

Small team, short feedback loops, no layers to route a decision through. If you have a better idea, you say so and we try it.
