Help & FAQs
Answers to the questions we hear most.
How we build, how we engage, and what you can expect from working with an AI-first engineering team.
What technologies and languages do you specialize in?
We build on modern, typed stacks: TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js on the product side, Python for AI and data work, and PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker for infrastructure. For AI we work with Claude, OpenAI, LangGraph, MCP, and vector stores like pgvector. Mobile spans React Native, Swift, and Kotlin. How do you build AI agents and LLM features that hold up in production?
We treat AI like engineering, not magic. That means grounding models in your real data with retrieval, wiring tool-use and function calling to your systems, adding guardrails and human-in-the-loop review where stakes are high, and measuring quality with evaluations rather than vibes. We also add observability and prompt versioning so behaviour stays stable as you ship. What is an AI pilot and how long does it take?
An AI pilot is a fixed-scope proof of concept that turns one high-value use case into a working prototype, typically in 3 to 4 weeks. You get the prototype, an evaluation of how well it performs, and a clear go or no-go decision before you commit to a larger build. What is your approach to project management?
We work in an agile rhythm with short iterations, regular check-ins, and visible progress. Communication and transparency are the default: you see the work as it happens through your own tools and rituals, so there are no surprises at the end of a sprint. How do you ensure the security of the software you build?
Security is built in, not bolted on. We follow secure coding practices, run vulnerability checks, scope access tightly, and apply data protection and privacy controls appropriate to your domain. For AI systems we add input and output guardrails and audit trails so you can trust what the system does. What is your quality assurance process?
Typed codebases, automated tests, and CI/CD are the default. We combine manual and automated testing to catch issues early, and we review for performance and security as part of delivery rather than as an upsell. How do you handle changes in project requirements?
Requirements change, and our process expects it. We work closely with you to understand shifting priorities and adjust scope each iteration, keeping the project on budget and on schedule while staying focused on the outcomes that matter most. Can I hire dedicated developers or a full team?
Yes. You can embed a single senior engineer through staff augmentation or spin up a cross-functional AI pod that owns a roadmap end to end. Engineers work in your stack and timezone overlap, and you can scale the team up or down monthly.Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, completely. Code, IP, and process belong to you from day one. We are an extension of your team, not a vendor that holds your product hostage. What is your pricing model?
We offer flexible models: fixed-price for well-scoped work like AI pilots, monthly rates for dedicated teams and staff augmentation, and project-based pricing for full builds. We keep pricing transparent so there are no surprises.Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes. Software needs updates, monitoring, and care after launch. We offer ongoing maintenance and support so your product, and any AI systems within it, stay current and reliable.Do you have a portfolio or case studies?
Yes. We have shipped 160+ projects for 70+ clients worldwide since 2017, across AI agents, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and e-commerce. You can browse selected work on our case studies page, and we are happy to share references on request.
