Overview
JewelPro is a workshop management platform for jewellery makers and ateliers. It replaces paper job cards, scattered spreadsheets, and WhatsApp threads with a single real-time dashboard that tracks every order from raw stone to finished piece.
The challenge
Custom jewellery is a multi-stage craft: procurement, artisan work, quality control, shipping, and payment, often spread across several specialists. Owners had no live view of where an order was, what stock remained, or which client request was waiting. Status lived in people's heads and on paper.
What we built
- An order pipeline that moves each piece through procurement, artisan, quality check, shipping, and payment, with clear ownership at every stage.
- Stone and material inventory with live stock levels, grades, and low-stock signals.
- Artisan and client management, so assignments and inquiries are tracked in one place.
- A dashboard that surfaces active orders, pending QC, payments due, and the latest client inquiries at a glance.
